RTCTM can come anywhere in Connecticut. There are no refunds on Gift Cards. The receiver must present their Gift card at the time of your session. The value of the Gift card is valid for one year of the date of purchase. After one year it reverts to the dollar amount. If the price of the service has changed the receiver must pay the difference. The receiver can transfer the gift card to immediate family, but only if the receiver has a copy of the gift card at the time of the session. You Forfeit your Gift Card if you “no call no shows” for your session, ( I show up and no one is home or it is an hour before your session ) RTCTM will give a 15-minute grace period if late, But the session will end at the regular end time. Rtctm allows 8-24 hours of your session start time to rebook or cancel your session without Forfeiture of your session fee or Gift certificate. !
