Loose-fitting, or stretchy clothing made from natural fibers is strongly recommended,

It’s recommended that you wear clean socks especially if you have a foot condition you and the therapist can discuss this at your session.

How Much Space Is Needed

Thai massage will be performed on a mat on the floor. (dimensions 80’’L x54’’W x 4.5’’ TH )we should find a space that is clean and free of clutter.

Your therapist will provide the floor mat, one bolster, and 2 pillows to help you feel as supported as possible. If more support is needed please let your therapist know as soon as possible.

Food and Hydration

We suggest having a light meal hydrating about 1 1/2 hours before your session and keeping a water bottle close by during the session.

You can choose to book this service for either a 90-minute or 2-hour session.
